I had a problem with my a/c and Nick came out 2 days later. He was very courteous and professional. Fortunately, the problem was possibly a twig that had fallen through the grill gotten lodged in the outdoor unit and resolved itself, but he checked it out thoroughly.

Premier did a great job in scoping and defining our new HVAC system and installing the final solution. During the proposal process, Ryan carefully explained the options, costs, and trade offs. We then scheduled the installation. Premier was on time, exactly as scheduled, and completed the work on the same day as planned. The new Lennox system works very well, is very efficient, and works just as we’d hoped. I would definitely recommend using Premier for your HVAC work. Customer satisfaction is clearly important to them.

Contact was with Mel who discussed all the options available using Lennox HVAC components and changes that would make the system more efficient. On Monday morning, Mel and his team of highly skilled technicians arrived and in the two days Mel said it would take, the new system was installed and working perfectly. This was not just a parts replacement job as every part of the system was moved to a different place in the house and new returns with better filters were installed, all to make the system work efficient, cost effective and so quiet that you don't know it's running. Best of all, when the work was done and I was completely satisfied is when I paid the agreed amount with Mel taking the time to file the paperwork for several rebates. End result, I may have been able to shop around for a lower price but I paid for a quiet, reliable Lennox HVAC system and had it installed by highly trained professionals. I am completely satisfied and confident that Premier was the right choice for the job.

I had them install a new heat pump and everything was great. They're transparent about the costs and the process. Ryan did a great job communicating and understanding. The install team did a good job and our new heat pump has been great. They also offered a lower quote than the the other installers in the area. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service or install.

Premier is a great company to deal with they did my first inspection before I bought my home and I now have a service contract with them and they are soon to be cleaning out my ductwork my house was built in 1935 and has been remodeled and I don't think the ducks have been cleaned out since it has been remodeled however dealing with Chris Adams is easy and he goes above and beyond to make your system run well year round I would give them 10 Stars if that was possible but they are indeed a great company and special thanks go out to Steven Sampson owner of the company. Thank you very much for your great service from Craig in Bryson City.
