Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for leading and performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The successful candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of HVAC systems and be able to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems. They will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, as well as ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on a variety of HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioners, heaters, boilers, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems with HVAC systems.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to their HVAC problems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in HVAC systems and share knowledge with the team.
